Social - wired for human connection (dopamine and oxytocin)
Spiritual - the truth of who we were created to be - the objective truth
If anyone of these go wrong, it can affect our mental health
2. Emotions as messengers rather than disrupters
What is the emotion trying to tell me?
“God show me the root of this feeling”
3. Emotional Awareness and Self control
Being emotionally aware can assist us in having better control over our emotions and help us to be proactive.
4. The "ABC's"
activating event- what triggered the feeling?
belief - what did you believe when it happened?
consequence - what are the actions that you now want to take since?
